Summary

Amanda enjoys working with young adults and college students experiencing a variety of concerns such as anxiety and stress, procrastination, self-esteem and motivation issues, “adulting” and “launching” as a young adult, trauma, boundary setting, perfectionism, and adjusting to life transitions. She also deeply understands the unique challenges of students and adults with ADHD/ADD and learning differences. Each treatment plan is unique and focused on your goals, depending on what will work best for you. Amanda also has specific, advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), providing an evidence-based framework to help individuals experience healing from traumatic events.
