Amy Barrett is a licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor offering professionally excellent counseling based on a biblical worldview. Amy received an Master of Arts in counseling and a Master of Arts in general theological studies from Covenant Theological Seminary. Her undergraduate degree is from Washington University in St. Louis where she earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in psychology and elementary education. Amy is certified to administer the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment for premarital and marital counseling. She has also completed level 2 of the Gottman training.
Amy's many years of counseling expertise, warm personality, and humor work together to create a safe, nurturing environment for clients to explore a variety of issues. Amy knows we are deeply impacted by living in a fallen world and are loved by a Savior who desires to redeem a lost and broken people. Because of this, she integrates psychological best practices with biblical wisdom and application to equip clients with insight and tools that bring healing to their lives.
