Amy is an associate professional counselor who is passionate about helping adults find peace, clarity, and hope as they navigate life's challenges. She has experience supporting individuals through personal, relational, family, workplace, and healthcare-related concerns. Amy believes everyone is a leader in some capacity—whether at work, at home, or within their community—and enjoys helping clients strengthen relationships, establish healthy boundaries, and restore balance in their personal and professional lives.

Her experience includes working with mothers navigating identity shifts after returning to work, parents supporting children with learning differences, families caring for aging loved ones, and young adults exploring identity and career direction. Amy has also worked extensively on the business and administrative side of healthcare, collaborating with medical professionals in both private practice and hospital settings.

Having served on staff at Mount Pisgah Church, Amy understands the unique pressures and challenges of ministry life. She enjoys encouraging pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders as they renew confidence, clarify goals, and lean more fully into their purpose and calling.

Amy has been married for 25+ years and is the mother of three children ranging from teenagers to young adults. Her counseling approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate, integrating faith into the counseling process when it aligns with each client's values and goals.

Amy is an associate professional counselor with a master of science in professional counseling from Georgia State University. She is under the supervision of Heather Cobb, LPC, CPCS.
