Ashlyn specializes in individual treatment, family therapy, and parent coaching, utilizing her training in behavioral and exposure therapy. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Furman University and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Georgia. In addition, she received certification in marriage and family therapy from the University of Georgia. Ashlyn helps child, adolescent, and young adult clients learn the skills necessary to manage anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, OCD, and personality disorders. She enjoys working with clients to increase their emotion regulation—the ability to find freedom from difficult emotions and the behaviors that accompany them. She believes there is more to life than merely surviving and wants to help her clients thrive.
