I am an experienced clinician who is passionate about helping people heal from trauma. Trauma can be caused by one experience such as a car accident, divorce or assault. It can also be the result of a series of events that took place over time. Trauma can lead to feeling alone, having difficulty trusting, feeling trapped, guilty, angry or like we don't fit in.
