Caroline enjoys working with individuals and families and has experience working with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Caroline integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Art Therapy to help clients develop effective coping strategies and express themselves in meaningful ways. Art Therapy can be particularly beneficial for individuals who struggle with verbal communication or emotional regulation, providing a creative outlet for self-exploration and healing. Caroline's goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can build confidence, gain self-awareness, and prioritize their well-being.

Caroline has MA in Art Therapy and is under supervision of Erin Holcomb, LPC, CPCS, MS.
