Catherine is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families seeking help for relationship issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. She is a graduate of Rhodes College and has a master's degree in family therapy from Mercer University.

Prior to establishing her private practice, Catherine trained at the Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders and worked with students through Emory University's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Center. She has also received advanced training in emotionally focused therapy for couples who are working toward repair and discernment counseling for couples who are ambivalent about their relationship status and commitment.

Catherine is the founder and operator of Well Founded, an organization that works with entrepreneurs of startups to help develop resilient founders through education and practices rooted in therapeutic methodologies and techniques.

While her experience is varied, the core of Catherine's therapeutic approach is an unwavering pursuit of authentic living for her clients, a journey she feels grateful to be a part of, wherever it may lead.
