David thrives on helping individuals, couples, and families learn more about themselves and their capacity to love so they can reach their potential. Focusing on emotions, beliefs, and experiences, he assists people in understanding what drives them and their actions so they can determine what’s working and what’s not working for them. 

Trained in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), David strives to turn the negative effects of trauma and addiction into strengths so a client can become the person they feel they were designed to be. He approaches everyone with compassion and without judgment, so each client can heal in a way that's rewarding to their individual nature. 

In addition to EMDR and EFT, he uses mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) to support clients. He believes everyone has the potential to be the person they want to be. Trauma, relationship issues, affairs, depression, and addictions can steer us off course… but they don't define us.
