Liza helps her clients see the negative patterns they might be engaged in and helps them to feel a sense of agency moving forward. Working together, clients can try new coping skills and engage in fresh relationship patterns in session so that they experience what works for them personally. They gain the confidence to use these new tools more regularly.

Liza has been married to her husband for over 30 years and has 4 adult children.
