Heather is a licensed clinical social worker in both the states of Georgia and Rhode Island. She has over 20 years of experience in the psychotherapy field, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and her Master of Social Work degree from Boston University. Heather specializes in the treatment of trauma/abuse/PTSD in children and adults. Other areas of expertise include adoption, anxiety, depression, loss, adjustment concerns, behavior management, and parenting. Heather has received certification as a Rhode Island DCYF Sexual Abuse Expert, and from the House of Hope Christian Counseling. Additionally she is a certified Relational Wisdom Presenter.
