Juli brings a system-based approach to working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Understanding the impact those we are connected to have on us and how we impact them can be an important part of understanding our challenges and addressing them.  Juli incorporates a strengths-based mindset, and proven CBT techniques to help people heal and improve relationships or just move closer to reaching their potential.  She sees her role as often to help you identify and cultivate the strengths that you already possess, and she loves to be a part of the transformation this can bring!

Juli utilizes Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to facilitate the healing process for children and families who have faced abuse and other trauma. Play therapy techniques are incorporated into her work with children as young as 3, and supportive strategies for their parents are provided throughout the therapeutic process.
