She has over a decade of experience offering individual, group, and family therapy. She provides therapeutically sound interventions for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, spiritual formation, emotional regulation, eating disorders, trauma, postpartum mood disorders, and familial struggles. Additionally, she teaches parenting support training for parents of children ages 3–12. She integrates prayer counseling upon request. She offers evening appointments.
