Julie Landers is a Cumming-based hybrid counselor for adults who specializes in peri/menopause, women's mental health, grief, trauma, and anxiety/nervous system regulation. She also supports parents in developing skills to create more connected, regulated family environments.

Her approach combines compassionate clinical counseling with nervous system integration, allowing clients to better understand their internal experiences and create lasting, physiological, emotional, and mental change. She guides clients in practical, body/mind-based tools that help regulate stress, reduce reactivity, and build resilience over time.

Julie respects and values each client’s personal values and beliefs and is comfortable incorporating faith into the counseling process. She is highly intuitive, calm, and easy to connect with. She began her career as a master’s level educator and now is a nationally certified counselor awaiting licensure. 
 
 Family is extremely important to Julie. She raised two sons and recently married. She and her husband have three fur babies and three grandchildren. Both are committed to civic work, nature, and making the world a kinder, gentler place.
