Summary

Kiki is devoted to treating every client with kindness and compassion, creating a warm, caring, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel free to move toward healing and wholeness. Because healing and growing is often just as painful and confusing as it is beautiful, having a guide with a flashlight and a map to walk with you is invaluable. Kiki would be honored to journey alongside you.
She is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) under the supervision of Lauren Dack, holding a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with a certification in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and attachment-based, incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Brainspotting (a mind-body approach for processing deep emotions). Trained through the IFS Institute (Level 1), she is equipped to help clients “unburden” their parts, which leads to powerful healing and freedom. She is also trained in Brainspotting (Phase I, Phase II, and advanced BSP with Parts) and EFT.
For individual therapy, Kiki supports adolescents (ages 16+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism), relational distress, addiction, premarital and marital concerns, codependency, grief, self-esteem, and identity. She loves working with couples to help them overcome the obstacles that prevent connection and unity. This includes repairing past hurt, establishing healthy boundaries with each other and with family, learning effective communication skills, and overcoming individual and joint trauma. She is certified in PREPARE/ENRICH for premarital couples. Kiki also collaborates with other therapists to support the whole family system in family therapy (ages 14+).
Outside of work, Kiki enjoys going to fan conventions, teaching aerial silks, and reading anything and everything by Brandon Sanderson.
