She values every unique relationship, collaborating with her clients as she hears their concerns and aiding them in achieving their goals. It is her aim to provide a safe space for her clients to understand their true identities and thrive in their current situations. She works on establishing a strong foundation so that their relationship is rooted in trust and her counsel can be effective. Since entering the counseling profession in 2011, she has cultivated both a passion for and commitment to professional excellence in the therapy room.
Kim works with clients from many backgrounds and has specific training on integrating faith into her counseling process. She specializes in clinical issues related to trauma, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), sexual abuse, self-esteem, codependency, relationship difficulties, infertility, grief and loss, stress management, faith-based issues, boundaries, anxiety, college students, and athletes.
Pairing her passions for fitness and justice, Kim also partners with Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Atlanta and anti-human trafficking organizations to provide specialized training, counseling, and support.
