Summary

Lindsey has a passion for helping people build happy, healthy lives and relationships. She believes in taking a holistic approach to counseling, incorporating spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well-being. She works with couples experiencing marriage difficulties, including navigating finances, parenting, communication, and betrayal. She also has a passion for helping women who are experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety. She has experience working with adults facing many difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief, loss of identity, and divorce. Lindsey can provide a faith-based approach to those who seek it.

Lindsey has completed Level 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy and continues to learn best practices in the field of couples counseling. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and a master's in clinical mental health counseling from the University of North Georgia. She uses a cognitive behavioral approach and incorporates mindfulness and DBT skills in therapy. She is a licensed associate professional counselor and works under the supervision of Rachel Menzoian at Refuel Counseling in Cumming, GA.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, playing pickleball with her neighbors, and visiting family. She loves baking and watching her favorite shows on repeat.
