Mazi is a licensed professional counselor in Atlanta who specializes in helping women discover their true voice as they navigate self-worth/self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, life stage transitions, and recovery concerns. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and has a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University.
As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, Mazi integrates the research of Brené Brown into her therapy work to help individuals address lingering struggles with shame and insecurity as they learn to live bravely and practice vulnerability.
In addition to her work as an Atlanta therapist, Mazi maintains an active speaking schedule, presenting workshops on topics such as women's issues, healthy relationships, self-worth, personal growth/development, leadership development, living out your purpose, life stage transitions, and motherhood.
Mazi is the Founder/Director of Cultivate, an organization and counseling center that helps women cultivate joy, courage, and freedom in their lives. Prior to becoming a therapist, Mazi taught history at Marist School. Her private practice is currently located in Buckhead.
