Michele works with teens (ages 13+), adults, and couples who want to better understand what is happening, feel more in control, and make meaningful change. She has 21 years of counseling experience and a Ph.D. in counseling, and uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and brainspotting.

Michele’s style is warm, practical, and collaborative. Therapy is not about simply thinking positively. It’s about understanding patterns, developing useful tools, and creating changes that actually fit your life. She helps clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, overthinking, perfectionism, stress, relationship concerns, difficult life transitions, self-confidence, chronic illness/pain, and postpartum concerns.
