They utilize evidence-based practices in individual, group, and family sessions, integrating a trauma-informed approach that includes client-centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. Their specialties include working with people experiencing trauma, PTSD, bereavement, parental challenges, anxiety, and depression.
