Rachel Dorneanu, LPC, CST, BCC, RYT-200, is an individual and couples psychotherapist who works with ages 16 and up.
   
Her specialties include: anxiety, boundaries, highly sensitive people (HSP), perfectionism, and sex therapy.

As a certified sex therapist, Rachel brings specialized training to conversations that are often hard to start elsewhere. She creates a nonjudgmental space for clients to talk openly about sexual health and relationships. Her approach blends clinical expertise with warmth, keeping these conversations human rather than clinical.

Rachel also has a special place in her heart for highly sensitive people and neurodivergent individuals. She believes a nervous system wired for depth and sensitivity isn't something to fix—it's something to understand and honor. She helps clients make sense of sensory overwhelm, social exhaustion, and the unique challenges of navigating relationships and everyday life when they experience the world more intensely than most. Rachel’s goal is to help clients build genuine confidence and connection, learning to trust how they're wired rather than constantly fighting against it. 
   
Rachel offers both in-office and outdoor walk-and-talk sessions in Cumming, GA, as well as online sessions for residents of Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.
