When you feel like you’re white-knuckling it through life, it can be hard to know how to seek support. Maybe you’re a new mom who feels overwhelmed and outside herself. Perhaps you’re walking through a loss or life transition that leaves you feeling stuck or unable to cope. Or maybe you continue to find yourself affected by a painful past experience that leaves you caught in self-limiting patterns and beliefs. Samantha desires to create space to help you slow down, acknowledge, and find compassionate support for your needs, and, ultimately, walk with you from a place of surviving to thriving.
Samantha believes in the power of a strong therapeutic connection and works to build trust and extend curiosity about the ways you have learned to show up in your mind, body, and relationships. Working from a trauma-informed approach to build safety and stability from the start, Samantha utilizes the mind-body connection to teach skills for coping with the present and building strength for the deeper healing work ahead. She also uses narrative and parts-work techniques and exploration of past stories and relationships to gain clarity about how to move forward.
Samantha aims to walk alongside you to uncover essential needs that have gone unmet, name with truth the formative experiences that deserve healing, and welcome the parts of yourself that have been burdened so you can live authentically and whole.
