Summary

Life can often feel overwhelming and the world feels chaotic right now. You do not have to navigate it alone. With the right kind of support, meaningful change is possible. Sara provides a warm space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and valued. She provides tools and insight to help you break through unconscious, sabotaging patterns that keep you stuck. Through the work she does, you can heal and regain control of your life. Sara specializes in working with women who are in transition. What that means is a lot of women come to her practice whether they are adolescents, teens, or adult women experiencing issues in their relationships.
In addition to working with women, Sara also see couples who are facing the following issues: communication issues, significant life events, affairs and infidelity, divorce, and intimacy issues. While she tailors treatment to each individual, she often uses components of Relational Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Sara enjoys collaborating with psychiatrists, pediatricians, social workers, and school staff to provide a circle of support around clients and their families.
Sara offers in-office and virtual appointments and has both daytime and evening availability. Feel free to email her or give her a call for a free consultation to determine if you could be a good fit.
