Savannah Self is a master’s level therapist and a graduate of Liberty University. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, women’s issues, relationship issues, and identity issues. Savannah believes that every client who walks into her office has inherent worth and potential. She strives to cultivate a space where genuineness, authenticity, and acceptance flourish. With children and teens, her goal is to collaborate with them and their families on how to best help them reach their counseling goals.
 
 Savannah has an integrative approach to counseling and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Before joining Legacy, Savannah worked as an ABA technician with children and teens with autism and their families. During her master’s program, she interned as a counselor for young adults and women during pregnancy and postpartum.

 Savannah finds joy in her relationship with God, her fiancé, friends, and family. She enjoys baking goodies, reading, and exploring new places.
