Summary

You’re smart, creative, and capable, but life still feels harder than it should. Maybe your mind is always going, rest feels impossible, or you’re constantly juggling too many tabs open (in your head and your life). You might find yourself procrastinating, overcommitting, or cycling through bursts of energy and burnout. You’ve done your best to keep it all together, but it’s exhausting. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’re always “on” but never quite catching up.
Many of my clients are creatives or deep thinkers who’ve always taken the unconventional path. Others have spent years masking their struggles, wondering why things that seem easy for others feel so draining. Whether you’ve named it or not, you might be carrying invisible weight that’s getting harder to bear alone.
Therapy with me is a space to let your guard down. I approach our work with curiosity, compassion, and a belief that growth happens when we feel seen and supported as our full selves. Together, we’ll make sense of the patterns holding you back, reconnect you with your strengths, and build practical tools for more ease and alignment in your daily life.
