As a sex and trauma therapist, I am an EMDR and Somatic Attachment Practitioner with expertise in treating childhood and relationship trauma and PTSD. I also provide Christian-based sex therapy focused on developing sexual wholeness, deeper intimacy and connection, and emotional safety. I utilize Emotional Focused Therapy to help couples heal from infidelity traumas and resolve cycles of high stress conflicts.
