Debbie completed her undergraduate work at the University of Florida in 1992, and then moved to Chicago to earn a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Wheaton College, graduating in 1994. She is now a doctoral candidate at the University of Georgia in counselor education and supervision. Debbie has experience in residential, college, and private practice settings. She has been licensed as an LPC in the state of Georgia since 1998, and is also a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and a Trauma-Focused Equine-Assisted Psychotherapist (TF-EAP). She currently provides office counseling in Roswell and equine-assisted psychotherapy in Milton. Debbie works with clients with a wide range of emotional, relational, and spiritual issues. Her goal is to help her clients become their best self, the way God intended. Karen desires to create a safe, compassionate environment where clients can explore difficulties knowing they will be cared for and heard. Calin is a professional counselor who earned his master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University in 2023. Calin also earned an MDiv and PhD in theological studies from Trinity International University. Mrs. Matthews obtained her master of science from East Carolina University, where she majored in clinical rehabilitation counseling with a specialty in addiction and mental health. While acting as a consult liaison in the main medical hospital, she completed her clinical internship in the alcohol and addiction program and the psychiatric unit at Duke University Medical Hospital. She completed her graduate work at the University of North Texas at Dallas in December 2016. Melinda and her family moved to Atlanta six years ago where she pursues counseling in private practice. She enjoys building and cultivating relationships with each person. She understands the importance of the individual designing their own therapeutic experience, so they can be the best version of themselves while creating healthy habits.
