At the beginning of his career, Jim worked as patient care coordinator, program therapist, and partial hospital director in area hospitals treating adolescents and their families.

Mary Teresa ("Terry") is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a Master of Science. She is also a certified provider credentialing specialist (CPCS), a master addiction counselor (MAC), and a certified professional counselor supervisor with LPCA of Georgia. Terry currently practices at Freeman Counseling and Consulting. She has over 31 years of postgraduate experience with residential domestic violence and addiction recovery, inpatient and intensive outpatient psychiatric and addiction treatment, and residential treatment for human trafficking victims. She has been in private practice for 12 years. Terry is gifted in working with children and adolescents as well as with people of all ages and life stages.

Kayla is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. She earned a Master of Education in professional counseling from the University of Georgia and has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Berry College. Kayla believes that everyone deserves love, and when love is shown, it creates an environment of acceptance and authenticity.  This is how people can be truly honest and implement change that is long-lasting.  Kayla approaches every person's circumstances  uniquely in order to provide the best care for her clients.  She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.  Kayla is experienced in helping clients who are suffering with depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, substance abuse, anxiety, identity, grief and loss, and self-worth. Kayla was inspired to pursue her counseling career because she understands that though everyone has difficulties in life, it is easier to walk through those difficulties with someone by your side. Kayla is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.  She earned a Master of Education in professional counseling from the University of Georgia and has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Berry College. When she is out of the office, Kayla enjoys time in the great outdoors with her husband, two sons, and two dogs.  She also enjoys baking and hosting friends for meals and porch hangs.  

Andy is a licensed psychologist who specializes in both clinical and neuropsychological services and consultation. He has over 18 years of experience as a licensed clinician and consultant to individuals, couples, and families, as well as business, non-profits, and ministry organizations. Professional services include counseling, psychological testing and assessment, and behavioral health consultation. He has specialized training in providing therapy from a faith-based perspective for those interested in that approach. As an engaging speaker and trainer, he is frequently sought after to speak about a variety of areas including relational skills, leadership, marriage, emotional health, and effective stress management at home and in the workplace. He has been married to his wife, who is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), for 18 years and they are the parents of three boys. They are active in their local church and together they enjoy leading marriage intensives at WinShape Retreat in Rome, GA.

Jennifer is a licensed marriage and family therapist and is an AAMFT-approved supervisor. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina and moved to Atlanta, GA, to complete her master’s degree in family therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine. She is trained in the facilitation of the PREPARE-ENRICH curriculum for couples who are preparing for marriage and couples in various stages of relationships. Jennifer's experience includes working with couples and families who have difficulty with relationship distress and conflict, infidelity, divorce, grief, remarriage, and parenting. Jennifer enjoys working with children and adolescents who are struggling at home or in school with concerns such as disruptive behaviors, sibling concerns, and difficulties with parent-child relationships. She is an Indiana native and currently lives in the Atlanta Metro area. Jennifer enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and two children. She is a Clinical Fellow member of Georgia Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.

Together, client and therapist explore underlying present problems and work toward growth and healing. With greater self-awareness and active engagement in the therapeutic process, the client finds healing for the past, wholeness for the present, and a vision for what may be possible for the future. Deb believes that changes occur for us when we take the time and make the effort to help our brains function at their best. For this reason, she utilizes healthy lifestyle, elimination of addictions, and "right brain" interventions such as art, sand tray, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapies. Ultimately, Deb believes that the Holy Spirit is our Guide and Counselor as she works to listen well and care deeply.
