Summary

Hannah graduated from Richmont Graduate University with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a certificate in trauma counseling. She has a passion for working with adolescents (16+) and adults on an individual basis who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, identity development, life transitions, and spirituality. She also has a desire to help those who have experienced infidelity and sexual betrayal heal from their experiences.
Hannah utilizes trauma-informed, psychodynamic, mindfulness, interpersonal, and EMDR approaches to therapy. First and foremost, her goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can begin your journey of healing, progress, and growth. In creating that environment, she hopes to build a relationship with which her clients feel supported and collaborated in their healing journey. She believes that the experiences and relationships in childhood and adolescence profoundly impact our lives as adults, including our thoughts, emotions, values, identity, and worldview.
