Summary

At some point in our lives, most of us will face situations for which we feel unprepared and ill-equipped. Challenges arising from career decisions, stage of life transitions, social interactions, and personal relationships can foster anxiety, depression, feelings of isolation, and low self-esteem. Jill’s goal is to create a counseling environment in which her clients feel safe to acknowledge their struggles and equipped to address them.
During time together, her clients live from their values rather than from their fears, to bring the best of themselves to every aspect of their lives. To that end, Jill works with clients on enhancing personal insight and rethinking existing methods for managing stress, coping with conflict, balancing work/school demands with personal life, and navigating personality and family of origin issues.
