Lindsey is an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) in Georgia who works with adults and teens. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and has additional clinical experience and training in trauma-informed care.

Through an integration of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches, Lindsey works with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and spirituality. Her hope is to partner with you, or with you and your child, as you work toward your goals and cultivate a deeper sense of peace, connection, and wholeness.
